Wholesale cocaine prices rise

The reported wholesale illegal price for cocaine rose from £39000 per kilo in 2008 to over £45000 per kilo

Seizures rose over 34% to more than 3.4 tonnes with a resultant price rise due to increased demand and supply issues within UK markets.
